Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Support Worker to join our team in Stockport. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting students with complex needs, including SEMH, ASC, and ADHD.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with behaviour challenges and possess excellent communication skills.

As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will work closely with teachers, other support staff, and parents to develop and implement individualised behaviour plans that meet the unique needs of each student.

You will also provide emotional support and guidance to students who require additional help managing their emotions and behaviours.

The role requires a high level of patience, understanding, and empathy, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others.

About the Role

  • Support students with SEMH, ASC, and ADHD in a secondary school setting.
  • Develop and implement individualised behaviour plans in collaboration with teachers and other support staff.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students who require additional help managing their emotions and behaviours.

£25,714 - £36,961 per annum depending on experience and location.
