Part-time Administrator Role

A part-time Administrator position is available to join a small friendly team at their offices in a convenient location. The role involves working 15 hours per week, to be mutually agreed across 5 days per week. This is a temporary position covering maternity leave, with a minimum duration of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage sales orders using Sage
  • Handle queries via phone and email
  • File orders, delivery notes, and invoices
  • Liaise with the factory on delivery dates
  • Conduct stock takes
  • Assist with general administration within the team
  • Update spreadsheets and complete formulas
Requirements:
  • Experience of processing sales orders in a manufacturing/engineering environment
  • Ability to raise purchase orders and sales invoices
  • Proficiency in Sage and Microsoft packages
