Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled HR/Payroll Officer to join our team at MorePeople, where you will be responsible for managing payroll and HR tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll transactions, verifying accuracy and timeliness, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage employee data, including personnel files, benefit information, and performance evaluations, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, achieving business objectives and promoting a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology) or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software, with experience in implementing and managing HR systems.
