Patient Access Officer

We are seeking a Patient Access Officer to join our team at London Bridge Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare UK's largest private healthcare provider. As a vital member of our Patient Access department, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the hospital database during the patient journey.
- Formally pre-register or register all patients onto HCA databases.
- Ensure all relevant patient documents are signed and scanned to the patient accounts.
- Respond to telephone, written, and face-to-face queries.
Requirements:
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office - Excel.
