Vulnerable Adult Care Team Lead

Job OverviewThis is a full-time role working 44 hours per week, including alternate weekends. You will be responsible for leading a team of caregivers and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.
ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of caregivers to deliver exceptional care to our residents
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- Maintaining accurate records of resident care and treatment
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven leadership skills and experience in a care setting
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
