Job Overview

This is a full-time role working 44 hours per week, including alternate weekends. You will be responsible for leading a team of caregivers and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of caregivers to deliver exceptional care to our residents
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Maintaining accurate records of resident care and treatment
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership skills and experience in a care setting
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
