About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Adults Practitioner Specialist to join our team at Watford General Hospital. The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent in social work and be currently registered with Social Work England.

This role involves working with vulnerable adults, providing emotional support and guidance to help them cope with challenging situations. The ideal candidate will have significant frontline experience in Adults Services within the UK and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to adults in need
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in social work
  • Current registration with Social Work England
  • Significant frontline experience in Adults Services within the UK
