Main Responsibilities
  • Provide physiotherapy assessment, intervention, and advice to patients on the adult mental health wards.
  • Manage and prioritize own caseload, working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Support audits and quality improvement projects, contributing to service development and evaluation of local protocols and guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BSc in Physiotherapy and registration with the HCPC.
  • Postgraduate study relevant to the role, demonstrating advanced clinical reasoning.
  • Experience of managing complex patient caseloads, developing management plans, and supervising junior staff or students.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication abilities.
Salary Information

The salary for this role is estimated at £37,338 to £44,962 per annum, pro rata for part-time hours. This includes benefits and allowances, making it an attractive option for physiotherapists seeking challenging and rewarding opportunities.
