Fleet Maintenance Advisor

Job Summary
The Kelly Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Maintenance Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment (HSQE) department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigation and Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations into accidents and incidents, gathering and analyzing data, evidence, and witness statements to determine the sequence of events and contributing factors.
- Reporting and Communication: Present investigation results to management, clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with relevant industry regulations, standards, and guidelines related to HSQE, ensuring investigations are conducted in alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures, providing coaching and guidance to employees on accident prevention strategies, reporting procedures, and safety protocols.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's HSQE policies, procedures, and practices, proposing innovative solutions to improve safety, quality, and environmental performance.
- Data Analysis: Analyze accident and incident data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern, providing recommendations to drive proactive safety and quality initiatives.
Requirements
- NEBOSH General Certificate (desirable but not essential)
- Accident Investigator Qualification (NEBOSH HSE, RoSPA, etc.) or equivalent work experience (desirable but not essential)
- Experience in Accident Investigation, preferably within the telecommunications industry or a related field
- Proficient in using relevant software tools for data analysis, reporting, and presentation
Working Environment
The successful candidate will primarily work in an office environment but will also be required to visit field sites for audits, inspections, and training purposes. Travel will be necessary to attend sites, off-site meetings, client meetings/engagements, or industry events.
