Fleet Maintenance Specialist

The Fleet Maintenance Advisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of our fleet operations. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in our maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site visits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns in fleet maintenance
- Develop and implement corrective actions and preventive measures
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees on accident prevention strategies and safety protocols
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of our fleet maintenance policies and procedures
- NEBOSH General certificate (desirable but not essential)
- Accident Investigator Qualification (NEBOSH HSE, RoSPA etc) or equivalent work experience (desirable but not essential)
- Experience in accident investigation, preferably within the telecommunications industry or a related field
- Proficient in using relevant software tools for data analysis, reporting, and presentation
