The HSQE Advisor - Fleet Maintenance will be responsible for assisting the Kelly Group HSQE Department in all health, safety, quality, and environmental related incidents within the fleet operations. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including operational personnel, management, clients, and regulatory bodies, to ensure the continuous improvement of safety and quality standards within our fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay current with relevant industry regulations, standards, and guidelines related to HSQE and ensure investigations are conducted in alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees on accident prevention strategies, reporting procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's HSQE policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Analyse accident and incident data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern and provide recommendations to drive proactive safety and quality initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accident investigation, preferably within the telecommunications industry or a related field, and be proficient in using relevant software tools for data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
