The Kelly Group is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Maintenance Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our HSQE Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of our fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with fleet operations.
- Conduct thorough investigations into accidents and incidents, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills in accident prevention and safety protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations and standards, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees on accident prevention strategies and reporting procedures.
- NEBOSH General certificate (desirable but not essential).
- Accident Investigator Qualification (NEBOSH HSE, RoSPA etc) or equivalent work experience (desirable but not essential).
- Experience in accident investigation, preferably within the telecommunications industry or a related field.
- Proficient in using relevant software tools for data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
