Seeking a seasoned Concierge Manager to lead our high-performing team in Central London.

We are committed to delivering exceptional services to discerning clients. As the leader of our concierge team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, overseeing team operations, managing service partners, and acting as the point of escalation for any issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the concierge team, guaranteeing top-tier service while providing mentorship and development opportunities.
  • Effective management of the weekly rota, ensuring adequate coverage and swift resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Nurturing relationships with service partners like security and maintenance teams, ensuring smooth operational processes.
  • Providing clear, proactive communication to residents about any service disruptions, thereby maintaining transparency and trust.
  • Frequent collection and analysis of customer feedback to enhance the overall service experience.
  • Design and implementation of customer service training programs for the concierge team to continually elevate service standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven background in managing a concierge or customer-facing team, preferably in a high-end residential or hospitality setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-profile clients and manage challenging situations with poise and professionalism.
  • Skill in overseeing basic maintenance tasks and managing external service providers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with property managers, contractors, and clients.
  • Proven experience in developing and leading a customer-focused team.
  • An enhanced DBS check is required.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000, depending on experience.
