At Travelers, we're committed to excellence in everything we do. As a Senior Strategic Enablement Manager, you'll play a key role in leading end-to-end business process improvements for greater operational effectiveness and efficiency.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Operational Effectiveness team in Europe. In this role, you'll contribute to improving business outcomes by supporting and influencing strategic initiatives, ensuring operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify opportunities and issues through root cause analysis, active listening, and engagement with stakeholders spanning multiple teams, business areas, and processes.
  • Identify and assess recommendations for process improvement opportunities, engaging key stakeholders to secure buy-in for implementation, and initiating and implementing large/multiple improvement opportunities.
  • Own and optimize the performance of assigned capabilities, business areas, and/or technologies, collaborating with stakeholders to request and obtain the necessary tools, resources, and funding to maximize business value.
  • Lead and influence the end-to-end execution of operational components for multiple/high complexity initiatives that have a broader impact across the line of business, including benefits monitoring and realization.
  • Assist in prioritizing efforts and advocating for resource allocation.
  • Coach team members on process improvement tools, methodologies, approaches, and foundational knowledge to ensure successful rollout and enhancements across all initiatives.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and follow through to ensure timely completion.
  • Thorough knowledge of trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies, with the ability to identify best practices and implement them into the organization.
  • Ability to quickly grasp Travelers' business strategy and align objectives with enterprise goals.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills to interpret trends and report insights and recommendations to business partners.
  • Ability to understand business goals and influence others to achieve them.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to consult on projects and present information effectively to all seniority levels.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in operations, collaborating on projects, or working in a related field.
  • Previous experience guiding or coaching others.
