Senior Account Manager RoleAs a Senior Account Manager at Channel Bakers, you will be the glue that holds our account teams together. You will oversee the day-to-day running of client accounts, ensuring that all strategy is executed on time and to budget. You will lead a team of Associate Account Managers, supervising their daily tasks, development, and workflow.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate regularly with clients to update on campaigns and discuss campaign actions and activities.
- Supervise your team of Associate Account Managers, ensuring all of their needs are met and supporting their ongoing development.
- Oversee budget pacing & management, launching campaigns, strategic and tactical optimization, and all DSP activity.
- Prepare advertising reports, interpret data, and develop insights.
- Carry out brand and product research as required.
- Develop and present media plans to clients.
- Prepare and present client quarterly business reviews with strategic recommendations for growth.
- Support the Account Executive with client statement of works (SOW) and Master Service Agreements (MSA) renewals.
- Participate in Beta Programs where applicable.
- Support the Account Executive with Creative pitches as required.
- Identify opportunities to scale brands across multiple platforms and services.
- Support the Strategic Account Director or Account Executive with strategic client needs.
- Train clients on transitional engagements with DSP.
- Support Associate Account Managers to ensure their tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally within Channel Bakers and with other key stakeholders.
- Minimum 5+ years of Marketing or Advertising account management experience in a fast-moving, client-facing environment.
- Must have experience of Amazon Advertising (PPC, Streaming, Display) and exposure to their Demand Side Platform (DSP).
- Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Communications preferred or work-experience equivalent.
- Business fluency in 2+ market-relevant languages (including English).
- Experience of working within a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and qualitative skills - numbers don't scare you.
- Proficient user of standard office software (MS Office etc.). Intermediate or advanced Excel skills essential.
- Proven ability to cultivate and foster new relationships and deepen existing ones.
- Proven track history of driving your own professional and personal development.
