Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the service
  • Supervise and support a team of support workers
  • Maintain accurate records and data
  • Provide support to service users as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in the health and social care sector
  • Level 3 NVQ or QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual
