Job Description

Gamblingindustrynews is a leading provider of certification services to the gaming industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certification Review Engineer to join our team in Bangor, North Wales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing engineer and mathematician work, ensuring quality and accuracy in certifications for clients. Key responsibilities include proofreading, research, administrative support, and project standard alignment.

  • Perform incoming reviews with minimal interaction.
  • Notify project owners of project involvement as needed.
  • Create and modify projects/tasks in internal and third-party systems.
  • Generate documentation, results, and jurisdictional deliverables.
  • Perform quality reviews on testing evidence, documentation, and audit materials.
  • Create organized templates and deliver professional estimates to clients.
  • Provide templates for standard complexity timeline estimates and project costs.
  • Upload and interface with jurisdictional specific processes/systems.
  • Learns and utilizes internal tools for project tracking and management.
  • Draft or verify game descriptions against pay class.
  • Generate draft reports and reviews for errors or omissions.
  • Verify software and hardware components used in testing.
  • Provide feedback regarding quality issues.
  • Work with teams to identify common mistakes and areas for improvement.
  • Document review results and issues to internal groups.
  • Execute reporting and dashboard queries.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and real-time project metrics.
  • Support regulators with reports and deliverable specifics.
  • Support clients with process training and other requests.
  • Learns the operation and function of electronic gaming devices.
  • Learns and executes test methods to test electronic gaming devices.
  • Test specific tasks on electronic gaming machines, as needed.

A salary of £45,000 per annum is offered to the right candidate. We also provide a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.
