  • Obtaining and reviewing engineering documentation via relevant systems.
  • Maintaining awareness of specific submission requirements and jurisdictional regulations.
  • Troubleshooting issues by utilizing manufacturer documentation and researching previous submissions.
  • Utilizing file tracking systems to process QA issue reports.
  • Generating draft certifications and finalizing them by making changes, merging, printing, stapling, and sorting.
  • Providing status updates on assignments for weekly departmental reports.

Requirements:

  • A strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
  • Proficient communication skills, both orally and in writing, with internal and external parties.
  • The ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in English, Law, or a closely related discipline and have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
