We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatrician to join our team as a Community Consultant Paediatrician, Neuro-disability at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to children and young people with neuro-disability. As a Community Consultant Paediatrician, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team, providing clinical expertise, and developing services to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to children and young people with neuro-disability
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments and services to ensure seamless care pathways
- Provide clinical supervision and education to junior staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits
We are looking for a Paediatrician with:
