About the Role

As an Anti-Tax Evasion and Anti-Bribery & Corruption Lead at NatWest, you will play a critical role in shaping the bank's strategy to prevent tax evasion and bribery. About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism regulations, as well as experience working in a similar role or environment.

As a senior leader, you will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven initiatives that have positively impacted organisational outcomes.

Furthermore, you will possess exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of the bank's anti-tax evasion and anti-bribery policies.
  • Oversee the training and development of staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities in preventing tax evasion and bribery.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners and regulatory bodies to stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective reporting mechanisms to monitor and mitigate tax evasion and bribery risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimisation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role or environment.
  • Strong understanding of anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Salary

£85,000 - £110,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
