Job Description: Executive Director of Growth Strategy

The Executive Director of Growth Strategy will lead the development and execution of Getty Images' commercial strategy, working closely with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global visual content provider and contribute to driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.

About the Role:
As Executive Director of Growth Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with our business objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and manage budgets. You will also build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders

Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a benefits package that includes private medical insurance, time off, company-paid holidays, life assurance, critical illness cover, income protection, employee assistance program, group personal pension, and learning & growth opportunities.
