Job Title: Area Sales Executive

Location: Stowmarket

Salary: £45,000 OTE (basic salary + commission)

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Area Sales Executive to join our team at Cooper Lomaz. As a leading equipment sales company, we are excited to offer a career opportunity that will allow you to develop your skills and experience in a highly autonomous role.

Role Overview:

As an Area Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving equipment sales across the UK and Ireland. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing sales coverage for a range of equipment in the UK and Ireland
  • Managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting a full range of products
  • Conducting market research, telephone prospecting, and customer visits
  • Arranging and overseeing customer trials, installations, and training
  • Collaborating with suppliers on projects and providing sales reports to the Sales Director
  • Assisting with machine installations and troubleshooting as needed

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and sales abilities
  • Ability to manage time and resources effectively
  • Experience in capital equipment sales or interest in developing a career in this area

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in the food processing or manufacturing industries
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting processes

Experience:

  • Previous experience in equipment sales or a similar field
  • Strong understanding of capital equipment and customer relationship management

Salary & Benefits:

  • OTE of £45,000 per annum
  • Commission structure
  • Company car after probation
  • Mobile phone and tablet provided for business use

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

Working Location:

This role is based in Stowmarket, with office-based activities combined with fieldwork across the UK and Ireland.
