Territory Sales Manager

Wakefield Canada Inc., a leading Canadian company, is seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join their team. Based in Kitchener Waterloo, this role involves maximizing sales volume within a given profitability framework for the assigned territory.
This opportunity offers a competitive total compensation package, commensurate with experience, including a 6% bi-weekly employer contribution to the company pension plan and a $400 annual fitness/wellness reimbursement. Additionally, employees enjoy vacation, floater, and community days, as well as FREE Castrol Oil.
The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree in Business Administration specializing in Sales & Marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a Field Sales role. A proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage varied workloads is essential. Experience selling in automotive or commercial industries is an asset.
Salary: Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
