Key Responsibilities

Contribute analytical expertise to high-impact projects in international companies and clearly communicate analytical findings, conclusions, and recommendations to project teams, senior management, and clients.

Enhance Humatica's service portfolio and intellectual capital through innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Plan and lead project work-streams, developing and guiding less experienced colleagues to achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years' experience at an established management or strategy consultancy in a similar role, business-proficiency in English, fluency in any of the following languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Swedish), and exceptional analytical and structured thinking skills.
