We are seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Lead to join our team at Certain Advantage. This role will focus on driving HR transformation in a complex, multinational environment, with a strong emphasis on change management and organisational development.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, based on the location in Reading and the company's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR transformation initiatives, using a data-driven approach.
  2. Maintain effective relationships with global business units and HR teams, providing commercially focused support to HR change processes.
  3. Oversee multiple simultaneous change projects, prioritising tasks to align with strategic objectives.
  4. Take full ownership of end-to-end strategy, processes, and project alignment.
  5. Experience working with European or local country Works Council bodies is beneficial.
