Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales
* Lead and manage marketing promotion and communications campaigns across multiple channels
* Analyse market trends and make data-driven decisions to inform marketing strategies
* Manage the brand's budget and ensure return on investment
* Communicate with key stakeholders and build strong relationships
* Manage all digital social channels, including social media, email marketing, and influencer management
* Manage external agency partners to deliver on brand objectives

Requirements:

* Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Proven experience in brand management within the B2C/Consumer industry
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with market research methods
* Proficiency in data analysis and decision making
