Job Overview
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns and promotions that meet business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform data-driven decisions and optimize marketing spend.
- Manage the brand's budget and ensure return on investment through strategic planning and execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and external partners.
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and influencer management.
- Collaborate with external agency partners to deliver on brand objectives and drive business results.

Requirements
A successful Brand Manager should possess:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management within the B2C/Consumer industry.
