Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the commercial requirements for services, ensuring activity levels meet new business targets each month.

  • Manage the team's KPIs, providing coaching and performance management to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast expected sales for the team, identifying trends and areas for development.
  • Generate monthly reports and analyse data to identify training and coaching needs, ensuring the team is equipped to meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on business development and commercial growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
