We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Acorn by Synergie. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Appointment Setting: Proactively reach out to potential clients to schedule meetings and build valuable business relationships.
  • Client Attraction: Effectively use platforms to connect with decision-makers and attract new business opportunities.
  • Develop Existing Clients: Nurture and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to provide additional value and services.
  • Meet with Customers: Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, deliver solutions, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Develop Sales Pipeline: Actively build and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities, from lead generation through to deal closure.
  • CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM system to track interactions, client details, and sales activity.
Requirements
  • A confident, results-oriented individual with experience in a similar role.
  • Proven success in appointment setting and client engagement.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
