**About the Role**

In this critical position, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based care for pregnant women with diabetes.

You will collaborate closely with the Diabetic Specialist Midwife and other healthcare professionals to facilitate early referrals, ensure correct medication, and provide individualized care to women and their families.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be knowledgeable and visible within the specialty, and advocate for patients' needs.
