Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Complex Care Assistant to join our team in Pontesbury, Shrewsbury. As a key member of our community-based care team, you will work closely with clients and their families to provide person-centred support and enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Provide training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in health and social care, preferably in a community-based setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with a commitment to providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
