Rheumatology Specialist Care Provider

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our Community Hospital Team as a Rheumatology Nurse. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, clinical care to patients with rheumatic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist the registered nurse in carrying out direct nursing care.
- To undertake delegated duties related to patient care that contributes to the ongoing support of patients.
- To perform patient observations: temperature, blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation, blood glucose and urinalysis following a period of on-job instruction and training.
- To report observations and any perceived changes noted in the patient's condition to the nurse in charge.
- To accurately document information relating to patient care as instructed by the nurse in charge.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,657 - £31,383 per annum, depending on experience.
