£25,270 per annum.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing caseloads, assessing client needs, and coordinating care packages. You will work closely with our care workers to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an efficient and organized individual with excellent communication skills. You will have experience of working in a care setting and be able to demonstrate your ability to manage complex caseloads. You will also need to be able to build strong relationships with our care workers and other stakeholders.
