About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team at Azets. As the first point of contact for clients and employees, you will be responsible for managing the smooth operation of the office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, including franking and liaising with couriers
- Prepare standard client letters as required
- Organize staff and office events
- Support the Office Manager with building security and maintenance
- Undertake other ad hoc duties as required

- Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team
