About the Role

K2 Recruitment is looking for a highly skilled Part-Time Office Administrator to join their team in Bicester. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for performing general administrative tasks, such as report processing and record maintenance.

Working Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 09:00am-17:00, you will earn a competitive salary of £17,150 per annum. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have experience working with Microsoft Office Packages.

Duties:
  • Prepare and send quotations and risk assessments to clients.
  • Manage and update company records.
  • Offer flexible support to the office team as needed.
Skills Required:
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages.
