Job Description:

The Data-Driven Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by analysing campaign trends, customer behaviours, and sales performance metrics. This individual will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales engagement strategies, ensuring data-led customer campaigns and optimised sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales and marketing teams in developing and executing sales engagement strategies.
  • Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in generating reports that track key sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide insights into customer and market engagement levels and recommend strategies to improve sales funnel performance.
  • Support the development of personalised sales campaigns to target key customer segments.
  • Manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using Salesforce.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and coordination of sales team efforts.

About You:

  • A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to manage and analyse data sets.
  • Experience or familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about sales and business growth.
