Head of Enterprise Risk Management

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Global Head of Non-Financial Risk Management and Governance. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our non-financial risk management framework, ensuring that our organization is well-positioned to navigate the complexities of the global business environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Risk Management Framework: Design and implement a comprehensive risk management framework that identifies, assesses, and mitigates non-financial risks across the organization.
- Lead Risk Governance: Provide leadership and oversight to ensure that risk governance practices are in place and effective, including the development and implementation of risk policies, procedures, and controls.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with senior management, risk and compliance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that risk management practices are aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and Report Risk: Develop and maintain a risk monitoring and reporting framework to ensure that risks are identified, assessed, and reported in a timely and effective manner.
- Experience in Risk Management: Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management, with a strong background in non-financial risk management.
- Leadership and Governance: Proven leadership and governance experience, with the ability to develop and implement risk management frameworks and policies.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, risk and compliance teams, and other stakeholders.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management.
