About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Service Manager to join our team in Sudbury and Bury St Edmunds. This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career with a leading organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Service Manager in undertaking agreed management tasks.
  • Mentoring and developing the staff team.
  • Ensuring compliance with induction and training requirements.
  • Leading on review and implementation of support planning, risk assessment, and evidence-based support.
