At Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Registered Nurse to join our team at our client's Neurological Care Centre in Ipswich. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional nurse with leadership qualities to take on a challenging role.

As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, ensuring high standards of care through effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will also be responsible for performance management of clinical staff, providing support, leadership, recognition, and supervision to team members.

This role requires a strong leader who can demonstrate activities to new or less experienced employees and supervise day-to-day operations. You will also be expected to educate service users, carers, families, and colleagues, facilitating learning and sharing knowledge through formal and informal teaching.

The successful candidate will have proven ability to build, lead, and influence an effective team in a clinical setting. You will also need knowledge of current legislation within the independent care sector and familiarity with best clinical practices for the client group.

We offer a competitive salary of £33,208.50 per annum +30% enhancements at weekends, plus benefits including 35 days' holiday including bank holidays, pension contributions, and discounts on many brands and services through Perkbox.
