Job Title: Senior Care Manager

£13.90 per hour

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Manager to join our care team at Sanctuary Group. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of personalised care to our residents in line with their individual care plans.

The successful candidate will have experience in care and an NVQ3 in Social Care is desirable. Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach are also essential. You must be kind and have a genuine like for older people and their needs, ensuring we treat everyone with the respect and dignity they deserve.

About the Role:
  • To lead the care team in providing high-quality care to our residents, in line with their individual care plans.
  • To support the development of care assistants and ensure they receive the necessary training and guidance.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports on resident care, including medication administration and incident reports.
  • To communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, promoting a positive and respectful environment.
