Clinical Nurse Team Leader Position

- Mentoring and teaching staff, fostering continuous learning and adherence to clinical standards and guidelines.
- Communicating with service users and their families in an empathetic and professional manner, addressing concerns or difficult messages tactfully.
This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a capacity for managing change and performance, and a solid understanding of current care sector legislation.
