Job Title: Senior Nurse Leader

Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Nurse Leader to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd as a Senior Nurse Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, ensuring high standards of care through effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, promoting a positive work environment and encouraging open communication.
  • Performance Management: Manage performance of clinical staff according to policies and procedures, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of service user consultations, adhering to data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Legislation: Identify vulnerable adults and follow statutory procedures and local guidance, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Professional Development: Promote and maintain professional development, encouraging a learning environment that supports continuous improvement.
  • Adherence: Ensure adherence to all organisational policies and procedures, upholding the company's values and standards.
  • Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and guidelines.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. They will also have a strong understanding of holistic care principles and practices, with experience in leading and managing teams.
