Job Title: Clinical Governance Expert

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Governance Expert to lead our clinical governance, quality, and safety initiatives across our services. This key role will be responsible for managing and implementing our Health Governance & Compliance Strategy, ensuring adherence to policies, regulations, and industry standards.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to drive a proactive quality agenda, identify improvement opportunities, and share best practices. Responsibilities will include overseeing our clinical governance framework, ensuring the effective delivery of quality and governance activities, while optimizing operational processes and systems for efficient clinical service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the Quality Management System
  2. Develop and Implement the Quality Account
  3. Analyse Clinical Data and Incidents to Improve Patient Experience
  4. Provide Training and Guidance Across Clinical and Non-Clinical Teams

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development in Quality Management and Clinical Governance

Experience & Knowledge:
You should have:
  1. Previous Experience in Using Computer Software Including Microsoft Office
  2. Experience of Clinical Audit and Quality Management
  3. Previous Experience of Root Cause Analysis
