Clinical Governance Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Governance Lead to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Regional Clinical Development Nurse, you will be responsible for leading, supporting, and continuously improving the clinical governance and quality of care for residents in eight of our care homes throughout Norfolk, Suffolk, and North Essex.
Your key responsibilities will include reviewing the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home every month, analyzing the results, and identifying practical strategies to ensure all regulations are met and care is continually improved. You will work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff in each home to support the continual improvement of standards and help implement key actions to address any issues which arise.
With a strong focus on delivering high-quality care and support, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
