Customer Complaints Investigator

Michelle Denny Recruitment is seeking a skilled Complaints Handler to join their team. As a key member of the complaints department, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are also essential, as you will be required to investigate and resolve complex issues.
Key responsibilities will include receiving and responding to customer complaints, actively listening to customers, and providing prompt and accurate resolutions to customer complaints. You will also be responsible for recording keeping effectively for correspondence with customers and departments, and identifying recurring issues or trends in customer complaints.
