We are looking for a skilled Clinical Assessment Professional to join our team at Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust. As a key member of our Clinical Assessment Service, you will be responsible for providing telephone assessments of health and clinical needs to patients across Lincolnshire.

You will use your professional clinical judgement to assess patients presenting with a range of conditions, from breathlessness and pain to skin rashes and toxic ingestions. You will provide accurate advice and health information to patients via the telephone, empowering them to take control of their healthcare.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of working in a variety of primary or urgent care settings and be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the clinical governance agenda. Previous experience working via remote consultation or using system one is also advantageous.

The salary for this position is approximately £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working opportunities, apprenticeship programs, and staff engagement initiatives.
