Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Leader to join our team at Lincoln College. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead the supervision, tuition, and assessment of students in our Clinical Herbalism/Herbal Therapeutics programs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting learner progress through observation, assessment, and guidance. They will also undertake clinic workshops/inductions, planning, developing, delivering, and critically assessing group tuition in appropriate curriculum areas.

Requirements
  • A strong background in clinical herbalism or herbal therapeutics
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students and staff
