We're scaling up our business and building out our team to meet the demands of rapid growth. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our manufacturing process and driving our operations forward.

Your Role

We're seeking a Head of Manufacturing to join our team at Ohme. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for driving all aspects of our manufacturing operations, from strategic planning to day-to-day operations. You'll oversee the production and manufacturing functions of our operations and execute against our strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to drive efficiency, quality, and cost savings
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Identify and develop opportunities for new or improved manufacturing processes, digital systems, and technologies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements

We're looking for a highly experienced manufacturing professional with a strong track record of driving operations forward. You'll need:

  • 10+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally with an Electronics Engineering degree
  • Broad expertise in manufacturing, production engineering, quality, and operations
  • People management and leadership skills
  • Ability to influence, drive change, negotiate, and communicate at a senior level
  • EMS and Global Scale-up manufacturing experience
  • Experience working in an R&D environment
