In this exciting role, you will be responsible for coordinating office operations in Evelyn Partners' London office, ensuring seamless day-to-day management of facilities-related services.

Key Responsibilities
  • To manage the provision of facilities services, including front-of-house, catering, vending services, security, travel management company, cleaning, printing, and post room, stationery, recycling, waste management, taxis, couriers, and plants.
  • To act as the main lead for all facilities-related operations relating to services in the London office, including front-of-house, catering, vending services, security, travel management company, cleaning, printing, and post room, stationery, recycling, waste management, taxis, couriers, and plants.
  • To assist with the tender processes for facilities services and ensure any changes in suppliers are implemented smoothly, ensuring improvements in service provision.

We are offering a competitive salary of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, based on experience, along with an attractive benefits package, including private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contribution, hybrid working model, and shared parental leave.
