**Job Title:** Mental Health Practitioner - Hull

Salary: £25-£35 per hour (dependent on experience)

**About the Role:**

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a mental health practitioner to join our team in Hull. As a key member of our adult support services, you will work closely with individuals and families to provide targeted support and promote mental wellbeing.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in mental health or a related field, with a strong understanding of adult mental health and wellbeing. They will be required to hold a DipSW or equivalent qualification, be registered with the HCPC, and possess a current DBS.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  1. To conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized support plans for individuals requiring mental health support.
  2. To work collaboratively with other professionals, including social workers and occupational therapists, to identify goals and develop strategies for achieving them.
  3. To provide expert advice and guidance on mental health matters, ensuring individuals receive the support they need to thrive.
