Job Role: Project Support Administrator

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Office based

About the Role

The Project Support Administrator will play a key role in assisting the Business Analyst with a variety of administrative duties, including data gathering, checking details, and maintaining spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of the data gathering process
  • Checking details received and chasing up for information
  • Contacting internal teams with queries
  • Collation of information
  • Inputting of data and maintenance of spreadsheets
  • Updating project plans
  • Organising meetings

About You

For this role, we are looking for a methodical and organised individual who enjoys working on their own initiative in a role where attention to detail is key.

You will evidence good all-round technical knowledge, adept in using MS Office applications and in particular, Excel, to an intermediate standard.

In addition, you will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to contact internal colleagues with a polite, professional manner.
